NEVER HIRE FAMILY OR FRIENDS ...
That's what they all say & sometimes I can see the wisdom in it. Not in this case with my friend Travis Paulding.
2 Years today ... grateful for the team God has given me and for this friend and colleague.
We worked together on staff at Community Church for nearly a dozen years. I had a dream that Travis & I were working together. The dream was vidid, real.
I saw him that Sunday AM up in the sound booth and fist bumped and asked if he was excited about the new job.
Confused, I told him "I'm just kidding man, I had this wild dream that you and I were building this Amazon agency together".
But he didn't laugh! He looked at me all serious-like. Which started conversations. And now here we are!
Here's to saying YES to God!
Happy Work Anniversary to the guy who will be more-than-thrilled that I tagged him on social media. 😂
