It's my birthday today and this birthday feels completely different.
I just had a baby girl, Rayna.
Toss in 3 dogs, 2 jobs (father and agency owner), and 1 agency to run, I'm a busy boy.
From the start at Straight Up Growth, I poured my blood, heart, and spirit into this company.
The quiet dream was always that SUG could eventually run and thrive without me having to be in every single room.
When you build an agency from scratch, you constantly wonder if that moment will actually come.
While I've been stepping back to hold down the fort at home with the baby, the team closed 5 new brands in the last 4 weeks.
On top of that, they brought on new team members ready to roll.
Expansion hits at the wildest times.
Seeing the agency scale and continue to rock in my short term absence is the ultimate birthday gift.
