Seeing Amazon Catalog Triage on the keynote screen at Alibaba.com CoCreate yestrday was a pretty darn awesome moment.
During the Day 1 keynote, Kuo Zhang, President of Alibaba announced the first cohort of expert-trained agents for Accio work.
Amazon Catalog Triage was up there with my name beside it.
I'm stoked to have helped build one of the first 10.
Amazon Catalog Triage came from a real problem I kept seeing: when something is wrong in an Amazon catalog, deciding what to fix first can get messy fast. This is a daily driver I use when working with Ai in my business.
I built a practical way to work through that problem, prioritize the issue, and make the next move clear. That method has now developed into an agent people can use directly inside Accio Work.
That is exactly what I want agents to do. Take a real problem-solving method and make it usable.
It also reinforces something I believe about agents: the underlying method can be harness- and tool-agnostic. The value is in the workflow and judgment. The harness is where that expertise gets put to work.
I've been testing Accio early, and it is already pretty powerful. What stands out is that it is not another standalone AI tool. It is being built as a connected workspace for actual e-commerce work across sourcing, marketplaces, listings, marketing, and operations.
It will keep getting better and better as the tools, integrations, and agent ecosystem grow.
Working with the Accio team to bring this to launch was an absolute pleasure. They took the method seriously, built and tested it with me, and made sure nothing shipped without my sign-off.
I'm proud of what we built, and I'm stoked that Amazon Catalog Triage is officially available on Accio Work.
