Here’s me during one of my first team calls at Straight Up Growth ever.
COVID times so we were remote always.
Sometimes it felt sooo boring so I would try and get it to be a little bit more fun from time to time.
It’s a skill that COVID tooled for me and something I recommend any leader has.
The ability to make work joyful.
It’s just a screenshot but if you listen to the video my wife took here I was doing a training on advanced amazon advertising strategies.
But I did it as “prison dan” which is an homage to “prison mike” from the office.
Why do we outperform our competitors?
Because we have way way more fun.
I think we were a 5 person team in this video.
We were doing the work of 10 people, and loving every minute of it.
