They closed it without fixing the problem.

So you opened another one. Same result.

This happens every day. A listing gets suppressed. The team raises a case. Amazon replies with a template. The case gets closed. The listing stays down.

The mistake is not the case. It is the route.

Amazon has dozens of support channels. Some handle catalogue. Some handle finance. Some are general queues that handle nothing well.

Most brands send every issue to the same place. The front door. That queue is staffed for volume, not resolution.

A suppression caused by a compliance flag needs a different team than a suppression caused by a missing image. A chargeback dispute goes through a different process than a shortage claim.

The brands that get results are not louder or more persistent. They file the right case, to the right team, with the right evidence, the first time.

We file around 1,400 Amazon support cases a year across our managed brands. The difference is not patience. It is ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด.

Knowing where to send each issue saves weeks. Getting it wrong costs listings, revenue and time nobody gets back.
