Our CTO + his wife moved from Ukraine 🇺🇦 to La Jolla to build our internal tech.
He builds it, and she does QA on everything he ships.
They're the entire tech team.
And they've built the systems that actually differentiate us from every other agency.
I don't think people realize how rare this is.
A husband and wife duo who moved across the world, betting on a boutique Amazon agency in San Diego.
They could've gone anywhere, but they chose us.
We're grateful every day for that.
And I know they feel the same way about being here.
That's the thing about SUG is we aren't just a company we are more of a family.
My brother is my COO, Our CTO runs the tech team with his wife.
Our brand strategist hangs out at on the golf course with clients on weekends.
The org chart looks more like a family tree.
Some people think that's messy.
I think it's the only way I know how to build something that actually matters.
Shoutout to our tech team!!! We love you guys!!!! 🚀 🇺🇦
