You raised a support ticket. Amazon replied with a template. Marked it resolved. Nothing changed.
So you opened another one. Same category, same ASIN, same issue. A different agent picked it up. Asked for the same information. Closed it again.
This is the doom loop. It costs you sales every day it runs.
Amazon's support system is built for volume. It processes millions of cases a year. It is not built to hold context between tickets or track recurring problems across your account.
That means the same suppression can stay live for weeks. The same pricing error can persist through three reopened cases.
