Allow me to reintroduce myself my name is DT AKA the prince of Amazon.
I used to go to costco and sell candy in high school.
I couldn't get a job out of college, so I sold makeup door to door in a suit.
I fluffed and hustled until I got a job in digital marketing, SEO old school baby.
I got interviewed at this small company Quiverr in Carlsbad, run by this anti-founder genius man named Ryan Mulvany.
I got to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on amazon search ads that only cost $0.05 a click.
I called my brother Marco from LA and told him to move down to San Diego to do this with me cause it was gonna be "the next big thing".
We learned, we observed, sometimes we even got burned...
And then the singularity, one month before COVID, Straight Up Growth is born.
The country is shut down; I cry on the couch a lot (I mean a lot).
4 months later, first client landed!
1 year later, second employee hired!!
5 years later, we work with some of the biggest brands on the platform.
