There is something powerful about Ai and becoming Ai-native in your business. I’ve seen it, I’m documenting it with real-life examples, and I’m working with others to help them do it as well.

One thing that stands out in our industry, ecom and Amazon, is that workflows are fluid. What I mean is that not everyone will adopt a completely new workflow.

Yes, there are some blanket workflows that will work for almost everyone. ROAS dropped, what happened to sales, why is conversion down, etc. But I’m talking about getting from point A to point Z.

There are probably around 10 workflows that almost everyone can use without changing what they’re already doing. Outside of those, I don’t think many new workflows will actually be adopted.

Because if you’re like me, your current workflow lives in your head. It’s muscle memory. Why did sales drop for this ASIN? Let me check traffic, CVR, ads, inventory... the list goes on.

Trying to implement a new workflow outside of your normal process creates friction. It’s a pain, it’s different, and it doesn’t feel comfortable.

So, what can you do? Take the workflow you already have and make it better.

Take something someone else has created and apply it WITH your existing workflow. Think of it as a shortcut to becoming more Ai-native. You can recreate everything yourself, but that takes time.

Im in the business of reducing time. Time is money, and if you can save time by customizing an existing workflow, adding to it, and making it Ai-native, that’s a win.
