By the time the money lands, it looks nothing like the headline.

We see this with almost every new client. A brand grows 20% a year. They feel good about Amazon. Then we map the real costs. The picture changes.

Growth you cannot measure is just volume. It feels like progress. It is not.

So the first question is not "how do we grow?"
