You know what cultivates some of my best employees?
A solid internship program.
Give them to me young and hungry!!
And I will take them to the promised land.
Why do they turn out to be such good employees?
They have no bad habits...
They have so much enthusiasm!!!!!!!!!!
They ask so many questions (because they havent learned the bad habit of being afraid of not knowing an answer to something)
Now it takes time.
We have to put in work.
Energy.
An hour spent with an intern is an hour that's not spent working on clients.
But we put in that work for them.
And they put in the work for us.
Don't sleep on the youths.
Because before you know it, they are your biggest competitor.
