Last week I had the pleasure of attending the Intentwise AI event in San Diego. The team did a fabulous job bringing some real heavy hitters in the Amazon space into the room. I had no idea I knew so many people from SD in the space.
The event was amazing, and Kenton Snyder did a truly great job walking through everything and showing people how easy it can be to set up workflows powered by Claude.
Here are a few quick callouts from what I noticed in the room:
1. Everyone is on their own path with AI, and there is no right or wrong path. This still holds true from the OpenClaw meetup I put on at Prosper. This is not a good or bad thing, but more of a sign that it is still early.
2. There seems to be a sense of hesitation around it. I am not 100% sure where this comes from, but my read is that some people do not quite understand the underlying model yet, and that leads to some uneasiness when discussing it. I also noticed this back in March.
3. There are easier ways to develop agents and workflows now. Claude Code, in my opinion, is one of the easiest, and the event was centered around it. Codex will catch up.
Overall, I believe there is a lot of noise, and the operators who are tinkering and playing around will win. Luckily, there are many companies like Intentwise, builders like myself, and many others helping educate around this.
Helm continues to help on the operational level. When you have your Amazon data set up, what is next?
Helm excels at this and streamlines the process for creating full operational AI workflows and agents to help you save time.
Keep an eye out for more from me around all of this.
Thank you Sreenath Reddy Nessa Ramos and the entire Intentwise crew
