Amazon receives content "contributions" from every seller on a listing. Distributors. Resellers. Third parties you have never heard of.

You have to prove your content is the authoritative version. That means tickets through Seller or Vendor Support. Generic responses. Closed cases. Reopened cases. Then escalations through Brand Registry.
