Most people are trying to make agents do more.

I’m working on making them fail better.

Because the failure is where the system gets smarter.

If an agent gets stuck, gives the wrong answer, calls the wrong tool, or misses the obvious next step, that should not just disappear into the void.

It should be documented.

⟹ Classified.

⟹ Reviewed.

↪ Then turned into a system improvement.

That is the loop I care about with Helm.

The agent runs the task.

The tools expose what happened.

The failure gets captured.

The system learns what needs to change.

Better instructions.

Better tool routing.

Better checks.

Better recovery steps.

That is how agents go from “cool demo” to something you can actually trust inside a business.

Not perfect agents..... Agents with a better loop.
