Our first sales guy, and our 3rd hire EVER.
He came in as a consultant.
We loved him so much that we basically begged him to stay.
He could've just been a sales guy and hit his quota.
BUT HE WAS HUNGRY.
"Teach me how the ads work."
"Show me how you build a forecast."
"Let me sit in on that client call."
So we taught him EVERYTHING.
Now he's an amazon growth consultant and swiss frickin army knife!
He brought in some of those protein brands you see around the octagon (UFC). 👀
This dude has that Midwest charm, talks about the Packers way too much and Acts like SUG is HIS business.
Sales demon, opportunist, and smart as hell.
And lowkey? One of our best AI utliziers.
Here's the thing about David:
He just had his second kid, two babies in two years, and we gave him 3 months off (Twice).
Some people might look at that and think "That's a lot."
Nah.
