Been quiet this week.
No excuses — been heads down building. Living in two worlds.
Lately I'm working in both OpenClaw agents and Claude MCP land simultaneously. Not because I have to, but because I refuse to assume one path fits everyone. What works perfectly for one workflow falls apart for another. My agentic flows are scattered right now — messy, experimental, imperfect. But there's always a better way, and I'm going to find it.
Here's the shift I'm seeing clearly:
7-8 years ago, everyone was excited to move out of Amazon dashboards and into purpose-built software. Cleaner, faster, more focused.
That wave is flipping.
The future isn't another dashboard. It's headless — agents that live in your tools, your chat, your workflow, without you ever opening a browser tab.
