Cerebelly is crushing it on branded search. But they're invisible where it matte

Cerebelly is crushing it on branded search. But they're invisible where it matters most.

Let me explain.

Good reviews. Good retail presence. Strong brand.

Looking at their products at the child ASIN level, some items have great growth rates.

Others products' growth rates are shrinking.

Brands that are winning usually have growth across all products.

A rising tide raises all ships, so I looked at their item setup.

Multiple variations spread out instead of combining pack sizes and flavors into one parent ASIN.

Why does that matter?

It's a lot easier to rank organically with one parent listing.

Less listings = less diluted ad dollars.

And with Amazon's recent update killing review aggregation through parent ASINs, consolidating your listings for ranking purposes matters even more now.

Then I dug into where their traffic is coming from — almost ALL branded terms. "Cerebelly pouches." "Cerebelly."

They are CRUSHING it on branded. That's important. But that stems from retail and Meta efforts too.

Here's the thing though, 69% of searches on Amazon don't include a brand name.

If I'm looking for Cerebelly specifically? No problem finding them.

But that's not where the opportunity lies on Amazon.

Search "baby food pouches" and they don't come anywhere near the top.

That's the next direct opportunity.

Knowing exactly how much order volume you need to rank top 3 organically for keywords like this is a math problem.

We've built a ranking calculator in-house at SUG to solve it.

Cerebelly team, would love to run the numbers on what it'd take to crack the top 3 for "baby food pouches." Luke Papendick and Jodie Wing let's connect. 🚀
