Ethics Are Rare But This Touched Me
At MrPrime we don't turn over many staff but sometimes it is not a fit and in this case, it was not a fit for Gabriel. Gabriel worked with us diligently as an account manager and well for a year or so and wanted to move on to work with less accounts and direct.
Very amicable and wished him the best.
A few weeks later, Gabriel whatsapped me saying a client had wanted to stay with him after he left and messaged him privately. He had sent them back to us but the client really wanted to keep him and would we mind?
As it happens the client rebooked with us by the time I answered but I was really so impressed that someone I worked with, and respected, was ethical enough to come to us like that when they were looking for work.
Just now I gave Gabriel a reference to a big seller in the USA over the phone and honestly I could not have been more gushing. I am sure he will get the job and be a great fit for them. If for any reason he doesn't and you want someone on your account and not an agency (like mine) then Gabriel Tanasa is your man and can be trusted and drop him a message.
Wish him the best.
