The inspection company uses AQL 2.5%. We also do random checks at the same level. If there are 100 items, we check 10 to 15. We check quality, packaging, function and look.
So far, there have been no big problems. After shipping, a few small issues can still happen. Some customers may not like the product or the box.
If there is a quality problem, we will give compensation in the next order.
The supplier also has their own QC team. So three teams check the products to reduce defects.
