No Amazon agency is infallible. Every agency has their success stories (which they'll proudly share with you) and failures (which they'll either hide or minimize).
Selection of an agency is less about "good" or "bad" and more about *fit*.
There are different ways to assess *fit* but I suggest you start by asking these questions and mapping the agency's answers to the answers you'd like to hear:
1) How do you measure success for a client?
2) How do you ensure our interests are aligned?
3) How do you stay current on Amazon trends and tactics?
4) How do you communicate with clients?
5) Who will be working on my account?
