Amazon Agencies:

Since migrating to SPP, we are having a really hard time connecting SAAS to Seller Accounts. It was so easy as a secondary user, but the SPP Authorized Partner permissions are different.

Even with clients giving us what they feel are complete admin or view/edit permissions, we're still frequently being denied the ability to "connect app" when trying to connect MerchantSpring or Adbrew for example.

With Adbrew - we can connect to the Advertising Account ONLY after we link the seller account to our Amazon Advertising Manager account. (We can see the campaigns clearly in Campaign Center, but just can't connect via app/API). But once we get the Manager Account linked, it's fine. But we can't connect the actual SellerCentral account (necessary to track organic sales, etc)

Same thing with MerchantSpring - getting this error, despite having what appears to be every possible permission enabled. Same error as other apps:

"You’re not permitted to take this action.

You must be the primary user of a Professional selling account to take advantage of apps. If you are the primary user, you may upgrade your plan. Click here to upgrade your plan"

Talking to clients, it's getting exhausting saying "try this, try that" ... does anyone connecting as an "Authorized Partner" know the EXACT PERMISSION needed to be able to connect apps/SAAS to SellerCentral (without being logged in as the primary user)?
