Amazon just redesigned one of its most-used dashboards.
The Manage All Inventory page has always been the operational backbone of Seller Central. But over time, it became cluttered, fragmented, and visually exhausting, a dashboard that required as much management as the listings themselves.
This week, Amazon is officially rolling out an improved Manage All Inventory experience, a structured, guided, and cleaner workflow designed to help sellers complete, activate, and optimize listings faster.
The update introduces:
1️⃣ Structured workflows: Tasks are grouped into clear categories (Complete Drafts, Activate Listings, and Optimize Listings), guiding you through the entire listing process.
2️⃣ Quick Filters and Quick Views: Find suppressed, inactive, or incomplete listings faster and act directly without navigating multiple menus.
3️⃣ Clutter-free interface: The horizontal scrolling that once made the dashboard painful to review is gone. The new layout feels intentionally focused with less visual noise.
4️⃣Continuity with control: Sellers who prefer the old table view can keep using it, now enhanced with a side panel for faster edits to pricing, inventory, and attributes.
On the surface, it’s an interface refresh. But in reality, it is a small step forward to go from reactive listing maintenance to guided catalog management.
In other words, this dashboard can now be used for what it was created for: making quick fixes or minor adjustments without too much stress.
It’s rare for an interface change to feel like operational relief, but this one does a little, even though it isn't the holy grail.
Cleaner design, clearer workflows, and no more side-scrolling headaches. Sometimes, progress starts with small details that make the work feel lighter.
