Good creative has always been expensive. Amazon’s Creative Studio wants to change that.

Amazon Ads has introduced an agentic AI inside Creative Studio, promising to act like a strategist, designer, and production team rolled into one, so advertisers can “chat” their way from product brief to professional-quality ads in hours, not weeks.

This new AI addition inside Creative Studio allows Sellers to “chat” their way from a brief to ads with scripts, images, video, and even voiceovers.

What stands out besides the scale of what this can be is the fact that this isn’t revolutionary.

There are already AI tools on the market that can do some of this at a higher quality. However, those sit outside the Amazon ecosystem, meaning extra costs, additional workflows, and increased complexity.

What is different now

➡️ It covers the full cycle: brainstorm concepts, draft storyboards, build video and display ads.

➡️ It explains its reasoning: why a tagline works, why a scene looks a certain way, what audience signal it’s based on.

➡️ It keeps sellers in control: every output can be swapped, iterated, or rebuilt.

This all means that advertisers can now test, refine, and scale professional campaigns quickly, without losing control of the process.

So the real impact isn’t just faster output. It’s operational efficiency. This compresses timelines, tightens feedback loops, and frees teams to spend more energy on strategy instead of production logistics.

Even though the tool is not perfect today, it’s a fact that creative have more chances to no longer be gated by budget, bandwidth, or external platforms. For sellers, the barrier to entry just dropped.

So in other words. Creative is moving from being a resource constraint to being an operational lever. And Amazon is making sure that lever exists inside its own walls.
