Welcome to the first edition of 🍫 Snackable Commerce 🍪 in 2026. In this edition, I’m diving into a topic I’m deeply passionate about and one that deserves far more attention than it’s getting: how AI will affect talent and career development. AI is changing the way we work and the kinds of work we do. It can remove remedial, hands-on keyboard tasks and free us up for more strategic thinking. But those hands-on tasks were often our first entry point into the working world and how many of us learned to operate, problem-solve, and think in a professional setting. So what happens when professionals entering the workforce no longer get that foundational learning?
