A PPC budget is not a spending limit

It is a bet on which keywords deserve your money

Treat it like a fixed bill

You will starve your winners

while your losers keep eating

Start with your break even ACoS

Take your profit margin before ad spend

That is the ceiling for any single campaign

Spend above it and every sale costs you money

Know this number before you touch a single bid

Watch TACoS

not just ACoS

ACoS only grades your ads

TACoS shows whether ad spend

is lifting total sales

including organic

During a launch

High TACoS is fine if organic rank is climbing

If TACoS stays high and organic sales stay flat

Your ads are renting sales

instead of building rank

Give data time before you judge it

Amazon attribution lags by a few days

Cut a campaign too early

You kill it right before the sales report catches up

Check when campaigns run out of budget

not just whether they do

A campaign that dies at lunch

misses every evening shopper

That is often your best converting traffic

With Cyber Five here

Set up budget rules in Campaign Manager now

Schedule based rules raise budgets for the event dates

Performance based rules raise them only when ROAS holds

Both stop you from going dark

during the busiest days of the year

Budgets that win are reviewed every week

and moved on purpose

Money follows performance

Never the other way around
