Usually I see posts of desks when people start a new job. This is my desk after my last day at Front Row Germany. A wall full of notes, cards and memories from 4.5 years. I could tell you about the projects, the numbers, the things we built and scaled. But honestly? When I look at this wall, none of that is what I see. ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ. โจ
The ones who taught me something new on a random Tuesday. The ones who sent a voice note just to check in. The ones who pushed back when I needed it and hyped me up when I needed that more. The ones who turned a work trip into a memory, a meeting into a laugh, and a rough patch into a reason to grow. 4.5 years of that. Iโm leaving with a heart so full itโs almost embarrassing. ๐ฅน
My last day on Wednesday ended with aperitivos and the best people, and Iโm still thinking about it. Thank you to everyone who made the time to show up and say goodbye โ that meant everything. Iโm so glad I didnโt just quietly walk out the door.
There are too many of you to name here without turning this into a book. But you know who you are. And to those I made promises to: the energy stays, and the memes are non-negotiable. ๐ซถ
