If you want to know what's really going wrong on an Amazon account, skip the dashboard and go and find whoever books the deliveries.
They know which POs land with impossible notice. Which cartons get rejected and why. Which week of the month everything goes sideways.
They rarely get asked about any of it, because Amazon's seen as a commercial thing, and commercial sit in a different meeting in a different bit of the building.
A lot of the shortage claims, chargebacks and confirmation problems I come across start somewhere in that gap. Everyone's doing a good job but the people who can see the problem and the people who could raise it with Amazon aren't talking to each other.
The fix is about as unglamorous as it gets. Half an hour a month, ops and commercial in the same room, one list of what's annoying the warehouse.
