Yesterday I presented Handle on the stage of Plug and Play Silicon Valley Tech Summit, alongside some of the most important players in the insurance industry.
When we started Handle, we made a deliberate bet to go vertical in a world obsessed with building horizontal AI solutions.
We believe that automating an entire industry requires much more than building great AI agents, and to automate end-to-end workflows and make complex decisions autonomously, you need a deep understanding of how the industry actually operates: its legacy systems, fragmented data, regulatory constraints, and the expertise humans have spent decades developing.
That depth of understanding is what turns AI from a tool into an operator.
Today, Handle is already deployed with some of the largest insurance players across the Americas, and we're just getting started.
Next stop: new markets, new continents, and a much bigger ambition to become the AI infrastructure powering the global insurance industry.
