Last month I flew to Kerala to meet our India team in person, and it was one of the most special weeks of my career. 🌴
Our team flew in from all over India for a few packed days together: a welcome dinner, our summit day, sightseeing, and a final night of awards and traditional dress.
Some moments I won’t forget:
💃 Dancing on a boat in the bay at 7am with the whole team
🛺 Racing tuk tuks through Fort Kochi at dusk to catch our boat
🌿 Brainstorming on the Alleppey backwaters
🏡 Being welcomed into colleagues’ homes to meet their families and share a meal, which was a real privilege
🍛 Coconut curries, paneer, idli for breakfast and Assam tea on repeat
The best part was watching new relationships form across the team. Working together on screens every day is one thing, but sharing a meal, a dance floor and a backwaters boat is something else entirely. There was real magic in the room.
We’ve come back energised and more connected as one team than ever. Thank you to everyone who made it happen, and to our clients for their patience while we were away. 🙏
