Nobody on your team should be tracking packages.

That's a bot's job now.

Look at the buying side of a small ecommerce brand.

🔹 Five tabs open to compare the same roll of tape

🔹 A box reorder nobody placed until stock ran low

🔹 Tracking numbers buried in a shared inbox

🔹 A return window that quietly closed last week

None of that grows the business. It just eats the afternoon.

Grok Bot shipped a shopping update that covers this whole loop, and it's built around one rule I like a lot. The bot does the legwork. You approve the money.

The update does four things.

→ Search results come back as product cards with photos, rating, price and store, so comparing options is a swipe instead of five tabs.

→ On a product page, in-stock options show first and options no store carries can't be picked.

→ Buy now starts an order that waits for your approval. Nothing gets bought on its own.

→ After the order goes in, the bot tracks it and tells you when it ships and when it arrives, with the carrier and stage on a card.

Two templates sit on top of it.

Deal Watcher watches prices and coupons on the stuff you buy over and over, and never buys without your OK.

Order Concierge keeps track of orders, refunds and returns.

Payment lives in the Vault's Payments tab, where you pick the card your bots use first. You still approve every purchase.

Here's where I'd point it first if I ran the buying for a brand.

Competitor samples. You get the side-by-side cards before you buy and the delivery ping after, without anyone babysitting a tracking link.

Packaging and shipping supplies. Boring repeat buys are exactly where a coupon adds up over a year, and Deal Watcher doesn't get bored.

Returns. That's money that leaks because nobody owns it. Give it to Order Concierge and it has an owner.

The image below is example data, not a real order. It's the same flow, start to finish.

Keep the rule simple. The bot shops. You approve.
