AI influencers are talking about this paper (e.g. Matt Berman, others) from researchers at MIT- Takehi et al: https://lnkd.in/gf7DfPek
Key findings show that models are surprisingly good at reading raw weights, reasoning about them, and updating them directly. I am posting this because it could be a big shift from the natural language distillation-and-training approach we use today.
It's worth discussing the paper with your agent or model of choice, especially the implications for programming/programs for business logic vs. generated small models, implications for observability, and possible acceleration of RSI.
