Thirty-one consecutive quarters of growth. I am, today, truly, awestruck.
E.L.F. BEAUTY reported our second-quarter results for FY27.
And, as we have done for almost eight years in a row, we grew our net sales.
Each time, it hasn’t felt familiar. It has never felt like a foregone conclusion. It certainly has not become an “of course.”
There is no “of course.”
There are people.
People who show up with a solution and a smile, even on the hard days; who have each other’s backs; who hear “no” and look for another way.
People who somehow fill your tank when their own might be running low - all while fueling 51% net-sales growth this quarter.
I see the numbers. But I feel the humans behind them.
And I don’t take either for granted.
My intention word is Shoshin. For me, it’s a daily reminder to stay open. Stay curious. Be willing to learn something that changes how I see everything.
To meet each day as an opportunity, not a given.
To never become so used to something extraordinary that I stop seeing it.
Growth doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens through intention.
Through small improvements that compound.
Through people who care enough to keep raising the bar and helping each other reach it.
I’m in awe of what this team is capable of.
The numbers are a reflection of them.
