I picked up my Amazon red badge today and it’s a bit surreal. I started here as an L4 HR project manager, just 2 years out of college. I built meeting agendas, coordinated paper reviews and planned events. Today, I lead people strategy for a complex, global business within Amazon Stores. Over the past 10 years I’ve worked in three different HR domains (talent acquisition, compensation, and HRBP/generalist) and had three promotions. I’ve had the privilege of learning from dozens of inspiring leaders. On a personal level I’ve gotten engaged and married, bought a house, and had three kids. I can’t wait to see what the next 10 years hold!
