Most sellers treat a bad review report like a complaint. Amazon treats it like a claim.

"This review is unfair" gets you a form letter back. A report that names the specific Community Guideline, explains how the review harms the customer experience, and plainly asks for removal gets read.

Here is the process we use:

Filter your reviews by most recent and critical, or pull the 1 to 3 star buckets one at a time. Print them to PDF. Capture the review URL and the reviewer's profile URL by hand, since Amazon is touchy about automated scrapers.

Then write the report as a claim: the guideline broken, the damage to shoppers, the attached URLs, and a direct request to remove it.

If you suspect a competitor is behind it, use the Report Abuse form under Account Health, reply on a prior case ID, or file through Brand Registry under "Other."

Amazon does not care how you feel. It cares whether you cited the policy and showed the damage.

A few bad reviews gone can still move conversion, so it is worth doing carefully. If you would rather hand the process off, we are happy to look at your listings.
