Everyone is hiring a senior Amazon ads manager. Almost nobody has checked how many exist.
We profiled 26,784 Amazon advertising practitioners. 9,848 read as junior. 10,914 as mid level.
Senior, lead and head together come to 6,022. Just over 22 percent of the market.
Now narrow it the way a real brief does. Senior, four years plus of Amazon ads, DSP or AMC, owns an ACOS number. 147 people worldwide.
That is not a recruitment problem. It is an arithmetic problem.
And you can now check it before you write the job ad, rather than four months after you posted it and started wondering why nobody good applied.
