It’s still hard to believe today is my last day at MikMak

I was hired almost 6 years ago to quickly build out a high-growth marketing plan, strategy, and team. I lived and breathed the brand, company, culture, and work every day since. My baby girl was just one; now she’s a first grader. The years truly fly by.

I could write a novel about everything we built, navigated, and achieved. No two days were ever the same. But what I’ll remember most, and what I’m endlessly proud of, is how my team approached every challenge: with optimism, kindness, camaraderie, and an open mind. They are truly the best in the biz, exceptional people inside and out, and I will miss them dearly.

A huge thank you to Rachel Tipograph for giving me the chance to be part of this journey. For any founder, trusting someone with your brand, public image, and voice is never easy. We got there, and it was a fantastic ride. You taught me so much that I'll carry with me always.

And to Micah Kushner: not just an incredible boss and mentor, but someone I’m lucky to now call a true friend. Thank you for challenging me, pushing me to grow, and championing our team in rooms we weren’t in. That caliber of leadership is rare, and you live it every day.

I could write, brag, and tag tons more here but I'll just say across the board, MikMak has some of the smartest, most resilient people I’ve ever worked alongside. And I truly enjoyed spending time with them.

Next up: a much-needed reset in Sedona this weekend for my first-ever retreat! 🧘♀️

After that, I’m thrilled to dedicate more time, strategic thinking, and creative energy to building, growing, and scaling Swish Commerce. We have some BIG things coming up, and I can't wait to share more soon.

Thank you for everything, MikMak team! 🚀
