"We're losing money on every unit we sell."

I heard some version of that on 13 of our last 100 sales calls.

Here's what Amazon sellers actually told us:

"We're stuck at about half a million a month."

"I don't have time for it."

"Q4 is here and we have no life on Amazon."

"I'm scared to touch anything. One flag and it's over."

What's usually going on underneath:

Half the ad budget goes to clicks that never sell anything.

Nobody has time to fix PPC, so the waste repeats every month.

One stockout wipes out the traction you paid for.

And fear of a flag means nothing gets changed.

Plateaus, thin margins and fear of Amazon. Same problems, call after call.

Which one sounds like your brand?
