Here's how ChatGPT cleans & organise your Drive in 10 mins:

1. Connect Google Drive to ChatGPT.

☑ Open ChatGPT Work.

☑ Ask it to connect to Google Drive.

☑ Approve the connection.

2. Open the folder you want to organise.

☑ Go to Google Drive in Chrome.

☑ Start with one messy folder first.

3. Launch ChatGPT Work.

☑ Open the ChatGPT Chrome extension.

☑ Select ChatGPT Work.

☑ Start a new conversation.

4. Paste this prompt:

"Review this folder, suggest a folder structure, flag duplicates, and show me the plan before moving anything. Don't delete anything."

5. Check the plan before you approve it.

☑ Folder structure

☑ Duplicate files

☑ Docs that need moving

☑ Files that belong together

Then tell it: "Apply the approved organisation plan. Do not delete any files."

6. Fix the file names in the same chat:

"Rename unclear files based on their contents. Show me the old and new names before applying them."

7. Review the new names.

☑ Doc 123 becomes Client Brief 2024.

☑ IMG_0012 becomes Team Workshop Photo.

☑ Click "Apply these names".

Nothing gets deleted because both prompts forbid it.

P.S. Which folder are you cleaning first?
