I ran my agency from a budget Dell in South America.
Three months. Some weeks I didn't log in at all.
No signal hiking in Patagonia. Same in Peru. Same in Colombia.
So what happened to the business while I was gone?
Nothing.
It grew. Referrals kept coming, because the ads managers were doing excellent work without me watching them.
And my team lead hired another ads manager while I was somewhere up a mountain.
He'd managed Amazon ads every day for 10 years. He knew what good looked like, because he'd spent a decade being it.
That's the bit most companies get backwards.
They put someone who has never run a campaign in charge of hiring the person who runs the campaigns.
Then wonder why the hire doesn't work out.
You don't need to be in the room. You need a practitioner doing the hiring.
