We’re hiring a Community Manager at Love Social Media 🩷
We just landed on the 2026 Inc. 5000 and were named one of Inc.’s Best Places to Work, and we’re growing again. We're looking for someone who can be the voice (and ears) behind some of our client accounts and keep every feed lively, on brand and on time!
As our Community Manager, you’ll:
🩷 Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest
🩷 Respond to comments, DMs and mentions in each brand’s voice
🩷 Write captions, source visuals and jump into creative brainstorms
🩷 Track engagement, flag trends and report on community growth
🩷 Work with our strategists and content creators to keep messaging aligned
What you need:
✔️ Community management experience, ideally agency side or across multiple brands
✔️ A natural, friendly writing voice you can flex from playful to professional
✔️ Canva, CapCut or similar, plus light video editing for Reels, Stories and TikToks
✔️ A basic understanding of social analytics
✔️ Super organized, detail oriented and proactive (you bring ideas before anyone asks
💰 $25/hour to start
