Remote or on-site for your next senior Amazon Ads hire?
Median base pay in live US job posts for senior Amazon Ads roles:
On-site: $91k to $120k
Remote: $90k to $108k
The bottom of the range is almost the same.
The gap is at the top.
Remote does not mean a cheaper hire. It means a bigger pool to choose from.
