If you run 20+ Amazon accounts, everything can feel urgent.
Most of it runs on a clock. This is the routine I keep on the accounts I manage.
Daily: red flags only
→ A listing got taken down
→ A parent got separated
→ The client says supply is short, so we slow spend on that product. Or there's extra stock, so we push.
→ Any major shift in performance
Weekly: bids
→ One bigger round of bid changes early in the week
→ Later in the week, look at the last few days and trim anything pacing over goal
Monthly: the strategy call
→ The results of the budget and goal shifts we made
→ What I recommend for next month
→ Which products get more aggressive, which get less, and where budget moves across the catalog
Quarterly: the listings
→ Images, titles, bullets, copy, graphics
→ Tweaks that could lift conversion rate
→ Not a new graphics test every month. At least once a quarter.
The daily list stays short on purpose. If it isn't a red flag, it can wait for its clock.
