The scariest thing this Halloween?
No bots. Still doing everything.
Most businesses are still running every inbox, calendar and follow-up by hand. That's the real horror story.
The old way was hiring for every seat or doing it yourself at 11pm. The new way is a team of Grok Bots that each own one job.
Here are 5 I use every day:
1. Optimus, my chief of staff. Triages both inboxes, checks two calendars for clashes, and drafts every follow-up for my review.
2. Studio Bot, my content seat. Turns my daily call transcripts into LinkedIn, Substack and X drafts.
3. Breaking Bot, my AI research desk. Scouts AI news every day and reports it like a 1930s newspaper editor.
4. Bot Coach. Reviews the other bots' last two weeks of mistakes and rewrites their instructions. Nothing changes without my yes.
5. Outbound Prospecting. Finds ideal-customer leads and drafts the first message.
None of them send anything without me. They do the work. I make the calls.
The scary part isn't the bots. It's competing against someone who has them.
Which job would you hand off first?
