At an Amazon agency I worked at, one client's weekly report took multiple days to construct.

Not hours. DAYS!

Several people, several data cuts, each adding a piece. Ad data from the ad console. Total sales from Seller Central. Then someone stitched it together in a deck or a spreadsheet.

The effort was never the problem. The data lived in several places that didn't talk to each other,

Some reports required new data sources that we didn't have connected.

So every report felt like a rebuild.

π—–π—Όπ˜‚π—»π˜ π˜†π—Όπ˜‚π—Ώπ˜€ 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲:

β†’ How many people touch it

β†’ How many exports it takes

β†’ How many hours from Monday morning to "sent"

That's the real price of the report.

Then decide if it's worth paying every week.
