CEO.

Sometimes I stop making changes.

Solo Amazon Operator.

⠀

Not because the work is done.

⠀

Because I need to shop your category before deciding what to change next.

⠀

I search like a customer. Compare products on my phone. Swipe through images. Read the questions.

⠀

What makes me click?

What makes me hesitate?

What does the competing listing explain that ours doesn’t?

⠀

Your listing doesn’t get judged in isolation. It sits next to other choices, prices and promises.

⠀

That’s where I find ideas a dashboard alone won’t give me.

⠀

But an idea isn’t proof.

⠀

Neither is my experience, your approval or a competitor using the same approach.

⠀

I turn the observation into a specific test.

⠀

Change the image. Clarify the use case. Answer the missing question.

⠀

Then check whether more shoppers actually buy, with enough data to judge the result.

⠀

If they don’t, I don’t defend the idea because it was mine.

⠀

Research gives me a hypothesis.

Purchases give me evidence.
