I’m grateful to be part of a team that celebrates Halloween and encourages everyone to bring their creativity to work. Growing up, Halloween wasn’t something I participated in — so seeing it embraced in a professional setting has been such a fun and meaningful experience.
Costumes may seem small, but they offer a window into our lives outside the office and highlight the diverse interests that make our team unique. It’s moments like these that strengthen connection and build culture. #teamculture #halloween #insideout
