Yesterday my manager gave my my yellow badge, (for non-amazonians this means you've reached 5 year tenure). And I felt prouder than I thought I would.
5 years ago as a Graduate Area Manager, Fresh out of university, not really knowing much about Amazon and keen to learn.
As I celebrate this, I want to wish a special thank you for all the mentors/helpers/coaches along the way - your knowledge sharing has been vital to my growth !
Now onto another 5 Years 🍻
