CEO.
“Resolved” isn’t proof.
Solo Amazon Operator.
⠀
Amazon sends a positive response.
The case gets closed.
Everyone moves on.
⠀
I open the product detail page.
⠀
Is the title actually corrected?
Is the right image showing?
Does the variation lead to the right product?
Can the customer buy it?
⠀
If the live page is still wrong, the job is still open on my end.
⠀
Your customer doesn’t shop the support response. They shop the listing.
⠀
I earn my keep by following up until the change actually takes place.
⠀
Then I check what caused the issue.
⠀
Is the same mistake sitting on other ASINs? Will the next file upload put the bad information right back?
⠀
Fixing the page without fixing the source can leave us paying to solve the same problem twice.
⠀
I document the correction, address what I control and check that it holds.
⠀
A positive reply is progress.
⠀
The correct page, live and working, is the result.
