C-StoreTEC 2026. What a week in Chicago!
I've been reflecting on the last few days, and three words keep coming to mind.
PROUD. Of what we're building with C-StoreTEC. Of the incredible work across NexChapter and Informa Connect Foodservice. And of the industry leaders who took the stage, challenged our thinking, and shared what they're doing to move convenience retail forward.
GRATEFUL. For the retailers, technology partners, sponsors, speakers, and friends who continue to invest their time, energy, and ideas into this community. The conversations, connections, and relationships are what make this event special.
EXCITED. Because if there's one thing I took away from this week, it's that the next chapter of convenience retail is going to be incredible. AI, digital transformation, loyalty, customer experience, and new ways of doing business are creating opportunities we've only begun to explore.
One of my favorite moments was celebrating the companies and leaders pushing our industry forward through the C-StoreTEC Awards. Innovation deserves recognition, and there is a LOT to celebrate.
What I love most about C-StoreTEC: It's not just a conference. It's a community. One that connects throughout the year, challenges each other to think bigger, and is focused on turning innovation into real business outcomes.
