Most people pick a product backwards.
They find something that looks cool, order inventory, and then hope the data agrees with them. It usually does not.
Inside the Incubator we flip it. Validate first. Design second. Customize third. Then make it.
Our first cohort just lived that order for 12 weeks, and they are ending the program holding samples of products the data backed from day one.
